PLUTONIKO Fine Jewelry delivers inside the European Union by using DPD postal company. Usually delivery inside of EU takes 1 - 4 weeks ( + production time 4 - 12 weeks, if it is not "ready to ship piece" ). If you would like to make an order outside the European Union please contact us via plutonikofinejewelry@gmail.com with e-mail subject "NON EU DELIVERY" - we will consider your case individually and will try to help you. Please note that local charges may occur.

REFUND POLICY
RESIZING OF THE SAME PRODUCT
If you would like to change size of the same item please write an e-mail on plutonikofinejewelry@gmail.com with e-mail subject "RESIZING", provide your customer information, and the size you wish to receive in exchange. Notice, not all products could be resized, it depends on design.

LOCAL CHARGES
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS
Custom made and pre-orders can take from 4 to 12 weeks depending on complexity of the work and availability of materials (gemstones etc.) You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail with subject "CANCELLATION OF CUSTOM OR PRE-ORDER" no later than 72 hours from the moment you place your order, otherwise your payment will not be refunded. After three days I will start to create your order from precious metals and gemstones.
CARE
Avoid direct contact with water and chemical products e.g. soap, perfume, abrasive products. Do not wear jewellery in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna/steam room or while bathing or showering. Chlorine, detergents, oils & perfumes can all cause tarnishing and damage. Remove jewellery when doing household tasks. Avoid impact with hard surfaces as much as possible. Make-up, perfume & hairspray all contain chemicals, which may dull the finish of your jewellery. Gently wipe jewellery clean with a soft cloth after each wear to remove make up and oils (from skin).
Silver jewelry tends to oxidize — sometimes it doesn’t even need to be worn by person to oxidize. Silver can stay on a shelf or in a box and gradually darken or turn yellowish. The reason for the oxidation is residual hydrogen sulfide particles that are contained in the air. The amount of these particles is insignificant, but they react so well with silver that silver sulfide is formed, which is cause the dark coating. This process is not a defect of the product. The oxidation can be easily removed with chemicals for silver cleaning or at your local jeweler's workshop.
